Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping process time:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing you tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping rates:

Shipping charges for you order well be calculated and displayed at check out. Contact Odor-Z-Way direct for expedited delivery and pricing at 785-543-5548.

Damages:

Odor-Z-Way is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Return & Refund Policy

All returns must have a return authorization number from Odor-Z-Way. To obtain a return authorization number contact us at 785-543-5548 or e-mail at mjames@odorzway.com. You will receive a return authorization number within 24-48 hours to return merchandise. Once the merchandise is received, you will be issued a credit back to your account as long as there is no damage to the merchandise. Customer must prepay shipping on all returns.

Any information shared with M-J Odor-Z-Way, LLC is under certain privacy provisions. Information shared with M-J Odor-Z-Way, LLC will be handled by our organization and not shared, sold, or reproduced. M-J Odor-Z-Way, LLC will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of M-J Odor-Z-Way, LLC to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
