The following conditions are set forth by M-J Odor-Z-Way® to protect our customers as well as ourselves on all orders.

Shipping Conditions

• All shipping and pricing errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment
• All orders shipped F.O.B Phillipsburg, KS
• Residential customers are subject to carrier residential delivery rates
• All freight charges are subject to dimension / oversize carrier weight regulations
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customer responsible for all shipping charges
• All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M.
  to 5:00 P.M. CST. This is subject to change during holidays.
• All shipments will be sent via UPS or USPS
• Orders outside the continental US are subject to extra incurred cost due to international shipping costs, taxes, duties, etc.

Payments

• Credit card only accepted: Visa, Discover, & MasterCard
• Sales tax will be charged at the rate of 6.8% on all Kansas orders
• No sales tax will be charged on out of state orders

Damages

• Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Odor-Z-Way®. After
  shipment is released to carrier, any damages must be reported to Odor-Z-Way® within 5 days from
  receipt of shipment.
• You must save all boxes and packing materials for damage inspection by carrier

Return Policy

• Returns must be reported via e-mail to Odor-Z-Way® within five days of receiving order to receive a
  return authorization
• Customer is responsible for shipping and packaging on any and all returns

• A minimum of a $10.00 restocking fee will be charged to all return orders
• Odor-Z-Way® cannot be responsible for typographical errors on this website
